Jrew didn't like Caleb's presented apology, but she kept to herself. It wasn't worth the argument it would cause, nor the stress it would put her under. Instead she didn't say anything, only channel surfed until finding a cartoon about dragons. Several stolen glances out of the corner of her eye finally permitted her to talk. To clarify, I didn't mean you were stupid, or they were stupid, or that us is stupid. I meant the day after. And I'm sorry, too. Her mouth stretched into a taunt line, not comfortable at all with thinking about the names Caleb had called her. She really didn't want to get on his bad side enough for that to happen. Thought it was a high doubt in her mind it would happen. If fate had wanted them separated, surely they would have done it before the two could dig the hole a little to deep. At least, Jrew sincerely hoped so.

My dark green eyes watch as she flips through channel after channel, snippets of news reports and other morning shows coming out of the pircey speakers at seemingly random intervals. Finally, after forever it seemed, Jrew settled on a cartoon about dragons and I cant keep a small smirk off my face, though I did hold the laugh in. Dragons were better than learning about who'd been murdered today, I suppose. "Yeah, I know. Its just that Im already pretty stressed, and seeing you beat up just added to it, and it was the flame for the bomb." I attempt to explain, my deep voice strained for as soft as I kept it. I sigh slightly before allowing myself to wrap an arm around Jrew's shoulders, biting the inside of my lip. Why did I have to have such a damn short temper? Why did I have to be so.. stupid? I was going to run her off if I didnt watch it, and I didnt want her to be alone with the twins.

Jrew looked at Caleb and rolled her eyes dramatically. He was stressed? Yeah right. You're not the one carrying two living beings inside of you that will one day go though a very small place. She looked at him pointedly, though with a joking smile on her face. No need in making Caleb angry again. When his arm came around her shoulders, she dropped her head in the crook between his shoulder and arm and put her legs on the coffee table in front of the couch she sat on. The cartoon had taken a dramatic twist. Some boy had gone back to his dragon that was left in a huge crater or something. It was better than most shows on at the odd hour of eleven in the morning.

A full smile crosses my face and I laugh, shaking my head slightly. "I fit in there, so it cant be that small of a space." I reply, unable to help myself. Jrew leans her head into my shoulder and I rest my head against hers, my dark green eyes looking at the TV. Dragons, a boy, and some wierd alien crater. Well, at least it was better than all the tabloid news coverage and stupid talkshows with old bats on them. "What names were you thinking?" I ask thoughtfully, looking up at the ceiling before pulling her closer to me. I turn my gaze back to her face. From the curve of her lips to the intense blue of her eyes, Jrew was gorgeous. Even back in science class she'd been hot, I just hadnt fully appreciated it back then.

Jrew managed to keep a serious face for about a second and a half before she burst out in laughter, covering her mouth to keep from snorting. His joke wasn't to terribly funny, but it still cracked her up. She kissed his jaw line before putting her head back on his shoulder. Names. To be honest she wasn't sure of Caleb would like them. Rina or Gale sure hadn't. Valor for the boy and Honor for the girl. She said sheepishly. Valor had always been one of her favorite names, but Honor was a small tribute from another friend, Jessie. If you don't like them, I won't be surprised. No one else has. Jrew looked out of the apartment window as a neighbor passed by. She looked back at Caleb and gave him a sweet smile before looking back at the TV.

Her laughter soon joins mine, though muffled by her hand. I smile as Jrew leans over to plant a kiss on my jaw before her head rests on my shoulder once more. I bite the inside of my lip thoughtfully as she tells me her name ideas. They werent that bad, to be honest. "I like them, though Caleb Jr would be cool." I reply, sticking out my tongue at her playfully. I twist towards her to pull her into my arms, a sweet smile on my face. "Valor and Honor are great names." I confirm, pulling back to kiss her cheek affectionately before turning back towards the TV. -you time skip-

Honor and Val were born, kept in the hospital for two weeks then sent home. Jrew was glad to have her slender figure back. It made things less awkward with Caleb. But two babies were a hassle. Honor was quieter than Valor, though she had him beat in the wiggle section. It seemed like no matter where Honor was her feet were kicking like crazy. Valor just had a glint in his eye, one like Gale. Jrew feared she knew what it meant, but decided not to take her chances by always assuming what he would be like. Valor could steer completely away from drugs, or he could go to them. The latter being easier with Gale so close. It was about three months after they were born and Jrew was laying on the couch, arm thrown over her face and a dried spit up spot on her shoulder. She'd finally gotten Honor and Valor sound asleep. It was the second time she'd have the chance for a nap in almost a week. Jrew wished her mom were here to help with the babies, but at the same time she didn't. Her mom wasn't aware of her two grandchildren, yet.
